Pros
Immediate name brand recognition - you don't have to explain what your company does. Everyone has a Coca-Cola story, and is interested in hearing what else Coca-Cola is doing. Everyone also has a point of view on soft drinks, energy drinks, juices, waters and loves to share that with you. Coke also has access to more data and metrics than you could imagine. That can most times lead to confusion as you sort through which numbers you are agreeing to look at, and what the meaning behind those numbers is.
Cons
Absolutely no concern for your work life balance. Most people believe they are the best of the best, and few of them are.
