this place has so many negative attributes one could drown in them. The owner took a lot of hours from some of his staff and added their workload to others loads without the compensation to reflect it. If you want to come in on morning shift and vacuum and mop the entire restaurant so he does not have to pay cleaning staff then go right ahead. keep in mind this is BEFORE you have to also set up the entire restaurant. He was using staff tips to pay his employees during the pandemic. He allows people to smoke in the kitchen over peoples food!!!! He has cooks prepping food, washing dishes and shucking oysters near fresh produce. lets not even get into the cross contamination talk. He will take advantage of you, use you up and throw you out in a second.
