Great co-workers, discounts on food, hotel and spa services. Beautiful setting and view of Bellingham Bay. If you are full time you receive benefits. Wonderful clientele in Bellingham and for the most part are laid back and make your job easy and enjoyable.

Management makes it hard to work there. You can't speak to one and know that your name with be protected. Causes a lot of stress and drama throughout co-workers. Communication is seriously lacking and there's a lot of gossiping.
