      - Great Staff - Friendly Management - Great communication between FOH/BOH/Serv. Staff - Awesome in depth training program -Teach you to be professional - food discount while you work (50%)

      Cons

      - Constantly Hiring new staff members which make it hard to get shifts - really early "new-menu" meetings are annoying... but kind of helpful
