      Great coworkers who are talkative and helpful. Everyone enables learning. Generally nice customers. Consistant hours.

      Cons

      No room to grow. Limited pay. Owner/manager is rude and no encouraging. Building is in disrepair with nothing being done to fix it.

      Pros

      It is a great education, 30% discount, work for one of the best cheese collections in the united states, great wine, some great people

      Cons

      They could care for their employees more, are not super respectful, you need to fit their vibe to work there, they would rather hire and train their way than pay for experience.
