      Not rocket science, easy and repetitive work. Customer service oriented. Company is small enough to accommodate reasonable employees needs.

      Cons

      The vast majority of customers are rude. If customer service is not your thing, then this is not your job. Idle employees puts pressure on other employees.

      Pros

      The benefits. Closing working with the employees and manager if you get along with them. Building bonds with the customers. Kind of flexible scheduling

      Cons

      Pay, lazy management, cheap company. Terrible hours. Managers take all the good hours and csrs are stuck with bad schedules. If someone calls off you are stuck working open to close shifts. Doesn't pay what's owed to employee(s). Always "changing"/making up new rules.
