      Pros

      It used to be great so maybe after the structural changes are finished with it will be great again. Right now working at the CII is not ideal and I don't think many people are happy with the current situation.

      Cons

      Everyday it feels less like a non-profit professional membership organisation and more like a corporate consultancy firm trying to make a quick buck. The CII was never perfect and like everywhere it had big problems, but it always knew what it was supposed to be doing. Now it's very hard to work out what we are really trying to achieve. I think the other reviews are accurate but I really hope this is a short term thing.

Flexible working, a commitment to learning and development, and a culture that is actively evolving make this a great place to grow.

      Cons

      Like many organisations going through culture change, ways of working and structures are still catching up with ambition. Can be fast-paced with a lot happening simultaneously and great if you thrive in that environment, but worth knowing going in.
