      Pros

      Prior to the company being bought out by IGHL it was a great place to work.

      Cons

      After bought by IGHL, they cut my pay by nearly $4 per hour. I lost so much money, and when I left they did not give me the proper payout for all of my vacation time. After all is said and done they robbed me of over 2 thousand dollars, all through legal loopholes.

      Pros

      The leadership team at the Center really focuses on supporting their employees and are very approachable. It has been a pleasure working here and getting to know both the staff and the individuals. The company also offers great benefits and lots of career development and growth opportunities.

      Was exposed to a variety of students with different skill levels

      Cons

      Staff morale wasn’t always positive . It can be a difficult field to work in and staff would show it occasionally
