Somewhat disorganized structure (I was in a public health area and did Not feel like they needed an intern whatsoever, I was delegated little to no work and it felt frustrating honestly. My peers in democracy programs had much more reasonable structures for workload, expectations, and who to communicate with, but my managers gave the energy they were passing me off to each other *eye roll*
