Pros
The company's culture is among the best I have experienced across the companies I worked for. They offer great benefits and there are many incentive programs/giveaways/events to keep you exited. The company also likes to grow from within and there are many avenues in which one can grow into. Also, they offer in-depth training/coaching to make sure you get started on the right foot (which is why I applied to become one). Overall, really happy I applied!
Cons
It's a call center job, so there are strict time guidelines in terms wrap time, call time, not ready time, etc... Parking lot (in the Salem office) is a bit away from the office, so it takes some time to get from your car to your desk so it's important to plan ahead to be on your desk a bit before clock-in time.
