      The hours are not guaranteed. If clients cancel there is no reimbursement the hours are lost.

      everyone seems very nice and you get to be somewhat flexible with your hours

      Cons

      months of waiting clients can obviously have emergencies or get sick and cancel whenever leaving you without pay for weeks unclear information from the many levels of supervision was told I was being hired for a full time position with benefits but as soon as I was hired and onboarded it said, "part time" and I have zero benefits
