A good stepping stone into recruitment as they will consider people with little experience and most of the people are friendly

Pay is terrible, HR is the bosses daughter, doesn’t have a great reputation amongst other businesses so the jobs you have to recruit for are the worst. Can be a clicky type of atmosphere and if your face fits. No diversity. A very old school way of management and thinking

I would not recommend this employer to anyone, I tried to make it work but you are not made to feel welcome, not given any training, when walking into the office everyone looks at you like you’re an alien. No progression because managers are greedy. You spend all day “recruiting” but really it’s just resourcing, managers get all the commission you don’t see a penny of it. Really bad set up.

The only con was the fact it was a short drive away from home. Apart from that - no cons!
