* Management absolutely sucks. Totally inbred, no fresh faces, no external technical or management experience.
* Corruption and fraud in usage of gov't funds. Shoveling money into a few people's pockets while claiming high expenses and public benefit.
* Terrible pay for lack of purpose - will find greater purpose and pay working for defense contractor. Don't let the non-profit status fool you.
