      Broad Institute overall is great. Great benefits and work culture. Incredible scientists and resources.

      Cons- truly depends on what group you are working in, but one of the largest platforms is unprofessional and is run by a high school style clique.

      * Decent health insurance * Lax expectations * Little-no Weekends/Nights

      Cons

      * Management absolutely sucks. Totally inbred, no fresh faces, no external technical or management experience. * Corruption and fraud in usage of gov't funds. Shoveling money into a few people's pockets while claiming high expenses and public benefit. * Terrible pay for lack of purpose - will find greater purpose and pay working for defense contractor. Don't let the non-profit status fool you.
