      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Fun, casual dining environment. Always plenty to do- if you're doing your job you shouldn't ever be bored.

      Cons

      Inconsistency, poor planning and leadership. Lots of coupons, promotions, and menu implementations without proper guidance to minimize inconsistencies. Unnecessary expenses out of individual stores' control.

      Pros

      Breakfast is the only one.

      Cons

      Upper management is very poor. They have zero accountability for their actions. They blame others for their problems. They bring their dirty dogs into the office for everyone to deal with. Front desk staff is lazy and employee retention is poor
