Large west coast presence offers opportunity to relocate.
Cons
Managers are constantly overworked given few resources and given ineffective support from the corporate office. Those placed in mid to upper level management positions are often incompetent and show little drive. This as well as the extremely poor benefits and vacation are probably what lead to the extremely high turnover they experience. Also, the hiring of illegal workers in their kitchens is rampant and often times encouraged by those in training and kitchen roles who see them as better workers. This helps to create an extremely uncomfortable work environment.
