Overall, my experience working at The Breakers Palm Beach has been extremely positive. The organization places a strong emphasis on employee development, exceptional guest service, and professional growth. The supportive culture and commitment to excellence have made this a rewarding experience.

Sometimes scheduling isn't as consistent.

Moving from a different country and I got the opportunity to work here feels like a great accomplishment. Everyone in my department is like family they’re so welcoming and supportive.

Long working hours that makes you feel like you spend most of your days at work. But getting 3 days off is a plus.
