Pros
The company does live its values, it's very fair and equal, and it does care about its reputation.
Cons
Pay is very low, and technical skills aren't valued, I think primarily as senior management doesn't understand technology and think that things just happen. As an experienced data analyst I'm paid at the level of someone half my age with zero experience who just handles customer experience journeys.
