Lousy office culture especially in the logistics department where people are selfish. Older staff tends to bully newcomers and there is a lot of backstabbing going on. People are not willing to teach the newcomers and everyone is just waiting for you to make mistakes so that they can complain behind your back. If you apologize for your mistakes, they do not accept at all and they will say you do it on purpose. If you don't apologize, they say you never do so. It is such a torture working there where people are all hypocrites. Extremely long working hours as the system is not so automated and almost everything is manual work. There is high turnover especially in their logistics team as older staff tends to drive away newcomers due to their selfishness and unfriendly attitude.
