I was told I would be working a long-term contract. I overheard a couple of other agency workers mentioning the role being a 1 week gig. So I messaged Lauren (my recruiter) asking for confirmation and she replied with " Who have you been speaking to?" instead of just answering my question. I was then offered various other jobs after it became evident there was no more work for at the initial job. One job I was offered was Town Centre operative (recommended to Lauren by Ash at Mansfield Council) I said I was interested although I do not have driving license as requested in the job description; Lauren said she would contact the manager to find out if there would be some exception she could make. It's been 3 weeks, Im yet to hear back. Radio silence from her. Awful treatment.
