Pros
Berkeley is entirely unique in it's field in my experience, and I have worked for both large and small companies of a similar type. It is exactly as advertised and much more - I thoroughly enjoy working here and would advocate it very strongly to any experienced management consultant. Cons
Struggling to find any cons... It's fast-paced management consultancy so the hours can occasionally be long and the work challenging (with some travel to be expected) but that's the industry we are in and you will know that going in. To the right-minded people this is not a con!
