I have seen exciting changes over the last year. The company is growing and evolving. It looks nothing like it did a year ago, and that is invigorating. I appreciate and trust the leadership team as we move forward.

We have more work than we know what to do with and finding good people to join our team isn't easy.

The people I worked with were the only good thing about Berg. Work/Life balance wasnt terrible, people respected you when you were on PTO.

Leadership is awful. Benefits were terrible. Growth and training were horrible. All leadership cared about is how fat their check book could get and when the next flight on the private jet is.
