Pros
Wonderful company with great people and culture. I have a huge respect for the leadership and their innovation model. I felt like Leadership bet on people and their potential, and that was defining for me. This is a wonderful place to work that is always thinking about what's next in Design Build and for that they are 2-steps ahead of their competitors. I'm so grateful for my time at Beck.
Cons
No major downsides. When the real estate market crashed, there were hard times and lay offs, but the company did the best they could to stay above water.
