      No Words, I didn’t feel any positive since day one. Please don’t work from them.

      Cons

      If you really want to have your mental peace please don’t ever join this company. Founder and whole team is fixed since 10 years. Only new people join stay maximum for 2 or 3 months and then they will be taken out in their probation by saying many many reason about your mistake that you do in training.

      Pros

      The company culture of helping each other was there, and the team was generally friendly.

      Cons

      The founder. She is incredibly narrow-minded and is the barrier between her company and its potential success. I wish the company all the best in the future and hope the founder learns to be more aware of the weight of her actions. She struggles to communicate her expectations and gets aggressive if she doesn't get things her way.
