Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of The Barton Partnership. It is surprising to read this as our graduate retention has always been high; something we are extremely proud of. I am also saddened to read your comment on work/life balance. This is something we have worked hard to commit to as a key benefit to all our employees, regardless of seniority. As an example, all TBP employees get a flexi hour to use once a week, unlimited holiday, a day off on their birthday, a social budget for team events, a quarterly half day for our company social - to name a few. As an ex-employee, I’d be keen to hear any additional feedback you may have. This helps us to continuously improve and to make TBP a great place to work for everyone. Please feel free to drop me an email on Nicholas.barton@thebartonpartnership.com - I’d really appreciate it, thank you.

Pros

Great career development at all levels - clear and fair metrics to promotion whether junior or senior. There's a lot of investment in L&D, and personalized training depending on your development areas. Interesting clients - lots of opportunity to work with global brands on senior roles. Fun culture - the New York office is an awesome team. The work quality is very high and you'll learn from your peers, but also have a lot of fun at team socials and events. The whole team genuinely supports each other. Good marketing opportunities - there are opportunities to run podcasts and events with the business supports your with, which help with your on business development. Overall a great place to learn and advance your career in a really nice, high performing culture.

Cons

The leadership team is really strong, but there could be more women in senior roles.
