      Pros

      Having a holiday entitlement is the only pro. Oh & maybe a lunch break if you get an opportunity between trying to fix the epic failures.

      Cons

      Everything is a con. Demoralisation is rife. CEO is enept. He uses ChatGPT so frequently that ChatGPT uses him for Beta Testing.
