I have had a full client list since starting here last summer with face-to-face clients so have had no problems getting my hours. The application and interview process was fast and efficient and the on-boarding was straightforward. There is a bit of paperwork to get your head round with new clients but that's the same everywhere. Lovely reception team, nice therapy rooms and very quick support/feedback from the team leaders. Supervision group supportive and helpful
Cons
Rules and regulations are strict for clients around attendance/payment/holidays and this is not always popular with clients. If your clients stay long term you won't get breadth of experience but you will get depth
