The only downside is more due to the field itself, scheduling is difficult as clients may cancel with little to no heads up. The company does the best they can to give everyone the hours they need, and combats the constant change well.

none it is the best company I ever worked for and believe me its a lot. they have the lowest turnover rate I've seen. Only reason why I left was because I moved out of state.
