Pros
I have been here for over a year and I am happy. I came from another recruiting firm which was a nightmare and the culture was really bad (screaming yelling, everything performance based.) The management here are really nice and very laid back, you can dress casually to the office and get as much time off as you want or need. It is purely commission so it is on you to work hard, no one forces you to be there. Also they have great training, not in the "Fortune 500" sense where you sit in a room for 3 days with 50 people and have power point presentation, but they give you real time on the job training and most people are happy to answer any questions you have and are very patient.
Cons
The only con is that it is a commission job. It is on you to do well, don't expect to be given tons of a hand outs on day 1, there are hand out but you have to earn them.
