Cons
All W2 employee at this company are overworked & underpaid (I did research on salaries). Most the company’s W2 employees frequently work 12-hour days (& not just during busy season. It’s always busy season at this company). Surprisingly little job security. Very limited opportunities for upward advancement. No annual cost of living or merit raises.
