      Management structure and organisation leaves much to be desired. Terrible and destructive internal politics. Conference facilities largely outdated and a lot of facilities in disrepair

      Everyone is very friendly and respectful. If you ever need help their is always someone that will be by your side. the best job I have had and will recommend to anyone.
