Company in death spiral. - Manager The Apparel Group Employee Review

Company has extremely inept and disconnected senior management team. No communication with employees, no direction for the future. Lawson M3 ERP system is inefficient and lacks basic functionality, requiring extremely manual processes to work around. Accounting department is blamed for operational issues and worked to death. Wrong products wrong customers wrong leadership has doomed this company. Cannot recommend working here. Owners/management making no investment in company so unlikely broken systems and processes will be fixed. Poor raises and lack of work life balance
