Can't keep staff - Resident Care Assistant The Angelus Employee Review

Never having needed supplies, briefs,wipes, gloves, and food. Working alone with no help from management. Poor management, they only care about how much money they can pocket no true compassion or care for employees or residents. Never have enough staff to provide adequate coverage. Many houses only have 1 person to 3-7 residents who are all completely dependent on caretaker for all needs.
