      Pros

      Relatively hands off management. Nice office space. Friendly employees. Protected territory. 401K, safe parking.

      Cons

      Commission only. It sometimes takes 6 months to get a placement, then the client/employer may not pay for 90 days, then you get paid. The protected territory has been raided by longer term partners, sometimes leaving a lot of locations with no buying power. (All done at main office controlled mostly by the partners)
