Pros

- Great place to build your career: especially if you're interested in digital marketing/advertising, this is the perfect place to build your knowledge, skills and (most importantly) network. - You get back what you put in: if you try your best and show that you're willing to learn, you'll be rewarded with fun, challenging, and meaningful work that will advance your career. Hard work does not go unnoticed. - Plenty of opportunities for learning and rounding out your skills in digital: for example, if you're only working in AdWords and you're interested in developing your skills in Programmatic, there's always room for you to learn that. There are also weekly training sessions on Fridays that cover a range of topics from SEM, to display advertising, or even just an open Q&A session. Again, the important thing is that you have to show a willingness to work hard, be smart, and give your best. - Agile, fast-paced work environment: you'll never get bored here. You'll always be doing something different (or new!) everyday across various accounts, which of course can get a little hectic at times, but your day definitely flies by! - Amazing culture: every company says this, but the people here really are terrific. Not only is it fun and laid-back (e.g. the hours are 9-4pm, we all go for lunch together on Fridays, etc.), but you're also working with and learning from really smart people. If you ever have a question about anything, you'll never have a problem approaching anyone here at the agency who isn't more than happy to help you out.

Cons

- Can get hectic at times: this isn't necessarily a bad thing, especially if you're at the start of your career and want to learn as much as you can, but there are definitely times during the year like the holiday season or quarter-end where the 9-4pm hours are a little "flexible" - though I think that's more so a reality about the marketing/advertising industry as a whole, as opposed to just the agency. Also can depend on which team you're on. Still, compared to most other agencies, the work/life balance here is definitely on the better side (if that's important to you). - Lack of consistent structure/processes: the agency is structured in a way that allows it to be agile for its clients, but the structures/processes can vary greatly depending on which team you're on. Also because of the general lack of rigid structure, any initiatives that fall outside of your day-to-day account management (e.g. a side project, business development, other initiatives, etc.), can have a lot of trouble getting traction if no one's willing to step up. This can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on what's important to you, since it means there's a lot of opportunity to learn something new, but you'll have to take ownership and learn how to do it yourself.
