Excellent working environment! The team is friendly and interact well together. Management is very engaged (without micro-managment) and values input from employees. It's exciting to learn a new industry and to be a part of this team.

I have nothing negative to say.

I was hired on as a temp to perm employee. The staff is always very helpful, even now when I had to contact them to change my mailing info. I was at first a little worried about such a small company and the "temp to hire" set up, but once my four months was up I was hired on full time with another great company. My time spent with The AM Agency was wonderful and they gave me an opportunity to get my foot in the door and expand my IT career.

Only spent four months with them and really had no complaints.
