Pros

There’s nothing worth mentioning at all.

Cons

The huge egos of the leaders here at The ALS Group get in the way of proper leadership. Many of our leaders here are narcissists who never admit their shortcomings. They always think they’re right, so they never correct their ways and improve things in the workplace. Many of them are egoistic, but most of them are incompetent. This is a bad combination because it prevents these horrible leaders from ever improving and reflecting on their incompetence.

Pros

It is hard for me to believe these negative reviews are real. I have been working at The ALS Group for over a year and I have learned a lot and think management is fair and professional. Management is family but they make feel like family too. They encourages us to be inquisitive and be the best we can be. Whoever is paying these negative comments simply has some axe to grind.

Cons

None - I really enjoy working here!

Pros

It looks fancy but internally its all broken.

Cons

Worst people i have come across in life. The founder's kids have a lot of control and the rules seem different for them. They have arrogant attitudes while the rest of the team is pushed to work long hours. Nights and weekends slowly become normal if you want to keep up. Training is almost nonexistent. You are handed a pile of work and expected to figure it out on your own. Most of the software looks ancient and slows everything down. Even basic tasks take way longer than they should. Logging billable time turns into its own annoying chore. Management mainly cares about billable hours and nothing else. Projects get thrown at you with little explanation. When something goes wrong, the blame lands on the team instead of leadership. Between the outdated systems, confusing direction, and strange decisions from the top, the company ends up with a lot of problems that never really get solved.
