- Great place to cash in a paycheck during training while you continue to look for a better job - Good coworkers who are actually pretty knowledgeable

- Management will look for any excuse possible to avoid giving raises or paying you correctly - Bonus structure is clearly scummy and seems to have been created by someone with sales experience. It also is pretty small - Very low pay based on industry standard - Constantly implementing new things without training anyone, putting them in a bad situation with clients - Issues are 100% blamed on employees and Tim gaslights the whole company when there are problems - We are returning to the office early during covid because according to our CEO, he wants everyone to hear him walk around the office making bird noises - Not following CDC guidelines in the office at all - WAY too much work. Help desk is clearly understaffed, but there is a bottleneck at hiring new staff and that is the money
