Pros
The people you work with (not including supervisors, management, etc) are supportive and make the day go by quickly. Most of the guests make the job worthwhile, as well.
Cons
Management seems to look down on everyone working below them; definitely on a power trip. Not enough training is given and this causes mistakes to be made.
