Toxic work environment. The owners have displayed racist behavior and have even threatened staff with deportation. Management is unqualified, particularly the so-called Head of Architecture and Creatives, who lacks the skills and leadership needed for the role. Adding to the dysfunction, the owners’ children constantly interfere in daily operations without any real understanding of the business, creating confusion and frustration. Most of the furniture is actually made in China, yet it’s marketed and priced as if it were high-end, Italian-made, misleading customers about quality. In addition to the toxic culture, employees across the company have recently faced salary cuts.

You get to interact with the lovely furniture it sells

Toxic work environment. People get fired for no reason. I have seen up to 20 people get fired for no reason. Many did not receive any severance pay or even a notice period. The HR department makes up a pathetic excuse to fire you. The owner, Kataryna Dmoch, is a terrible person and has no respect for anyone who is working in her company. She does not understand the workflow of the company at all. For her, anyone is trash and what matters is her own opinion. A manager was handling the restaurants owned by That's Living. She was doing a good enough job. An agency approached the owner and mentioned that the marketing for the restaurants wasn't good and they could do something better. Without even giving a day's notice, Kataryna fired the manager. They had an in-house marketing team in India. 15 people from the India team were fired without giving them any explanation or their variable pay. There is a legal issue still going on which That's Living has decided to just ignore. Save your time and energy. Don't work here.
