1. Its not a company it’s a circus controlled by one ring master and the ring master has successfully trained some of the monkeys. 2. This company dreams of becoming 10 billion dollar company but they lack professional experience and they will keep dreaming on it. 3. Some of the experienced employees from manufacturing background have very poor professional behavior they even shout and abuse on the office floor. 4. They don’t want employees the want servants who can obey their orders and continue working like slaves. 5. They don’t want any exposer on how developed companies work they feel they no everything and the reality is they are dumb. 6. They got a chance to improve with new management coming in but as I said they are so smart that they don’t even want to succeed with the right approach, even the new management left them and they are back on level zero. 7. HR Team – They do nothing the know nothing but the are there and they get paid …best department to work and NAP. 8. Increment – HAHAHAHAHAHA 9. Food Coupons – they provide you 50 rupees food coupons and they give you 24 coupons for 1200 and they deduct 1500 from your salary. I guess its GST. 10. Weekend off – They give 2 Saturday off in a month which they say while giving you offer but once you join you realize your Sundays are gone too. 11.
