Customers and satisfaction with your work. You are under no obligation whatsoever to clean or provide a good experience. The place is usually pretty dead. So customers get mad a lot and if it wasn't for the money I was making for doing so little work, I would have left after a week. It is almost embarrassing telling customers that your full service bar ran out of almost every type of liquor and you can't tell the kitchen staff to remake your food because of a language barrier.
