No spoon feeding; in fact, no feeding at all: you’re expected to do something that is not specified nor talked about with you, and if you don’t do it and no one from the high society referrals group has referred you, it’s bye bye. Which is a good thing if you don’t need money and just wanna work as a hobby. Honestly though, the best people Ive ever met are (or were before they were fired) in SaltPay. The community building is sensational.
Cons
The CEOs cannot communicate and will make up random excuses to do mass firings and structure changes. All the bad parts of a startup but none of the good: no party Fridays, limited holidays, long working hours, bad hardware, very bureaucratic — if you need a £2 subscription for a service it’ll take a week.
