Pros
Coworkers were reliable and knowledgeable when help was needed during operations in Afghanistan. They were able to schedule me an emergency flight out of the Middle East to attend my great-grandmothers funeral in the U.S.
Cons
There was a point when we were running skeleton crews to maintain full mission operations. Employees became understandably frustrated while operating with minimum crews for several weeks.
