Pros
Depending on your team you can work with some great people. Remote.
Cons
The lack of communication between managers causes constant issues. The more companies they acquire, the less they care about the employees. They used to be a good company and at one point I did enjoy working there, but lately they do not care about longevity or experience. They demote more times than they promote. At one time there were adequate SOPs and when the merger with Don Johnston took place, employees were told to not use them. But what was there instead? Little information and no training, leaving employees to fend for themselves and try to figure out how to do the job. Employees with the expertise offered to assist with training, however it was denied by management because they would implement training. That never took place. As they go through another merger, they told employees there was job security and would in fact need more support multiple times. Suddenly they implement layoffs and tried to deny ever mentioning job security. If you want to work for a toxic company with a new CEO that has lack of clarity and no sense of job security or potential promotions, work for them.
