Pros
They do more advertising than any other local brokerage and the phones do ring. Loan officers don't have to obtain their own leads but the pay reflects this.
Cons
This company is a revolving door for loan officers and those in operations and is high pressure sales...loan officers constantly berated on a daily basis for not turning in enough loan applications. Phone calls between clients and loan officers are recorded and then played and critiqued in front of all loan officers (very embarrasing). Motivation is done through negative reinforcement which I believe has been proven not to be the best way to motivate employees....it just motivates them to find another job.
