Pros

Employees are the best people to work with. It's a new facility. You have the opportunity to talk to the patients who come in for Acupuncture treatment and each have wonderful testimonies how the treatments have help them.

Cons

President is difficult to work with has cameras set up to watch employees work and will call you if you are not in your seat. She has trust issues with her employees. Leads are low to call on potential students. Classes are held in The University of Incarnate Word and treats THSU staff like unwanted guest. Interview for one position and before long you three or four different hats but get paid as one. Pay checks are not direct deposit but hand sign and sent from Austin main campus. Sometimes paycheck might be a few days before arriving to San Antonio.
