At Texas Behavioral Health, you are more than just a number. As an employee, I feel that everyone at TBH including providers truly value your work. Each team member is treated with the upmost respect by everyone. The providers are great and truly want the best for each patient that they see. TBH has established a culture where employees can feel free to be who they are and express it through their work. Another pro is that there is room to move up within the company. TBH not only hires employees but, develops individuals. Overall, great place to work and watch yourself grow in your career!
