Pros
There are only two pros, you get your birthday off once you have been their a year ( if you can mentally survive the BS that goes on here) You get pizza once in a blue moon as a cheap cop out to boost staff morale

Thiers a job title called management that floats around this company, I have yet to see anyone who fits the role - any form of management is non existent, Jobs role advertised are like magicians famous vanishing tricks, one minute they are their, next they are gone - jobs offers are listed but instantly redacted or promised The only way to progress within this company is to be best friends with the higher ups, or the easy way stab your friends in the back Shift patterns at this place are like a box of chocolates you never know what you are going to get - one week you will be told that you are doing 8 and half hour shifts next 12 then next you are doing 9-5
