Nicely positioned City of London location, nice office environment with a predominantly helpful and great professional staff
Cons
Senior management being process driven with an over emphasis on office admin procedures, carried further by the tetra tech acquisition. There is a very conservative, unimaginative approach to winning new commissions, which seemed to miss the point. The old management clique has dissipated to a large extent by those leaving the business allowing for more openness and transparency.
